All our sofa bed prices include delivery to UK Mainland. If your delivery address is not in the UK Mainland, such as the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, then please contact us to see if we can deliver to your location.
The Rose sofa bed is designed as a modular system, where the two arms and chaise unit are packaged separately to the sofa bed. This makes for easier delivery to the room of your choice by the 2-person delivery team, where your sofa bed will be unpacked, assembled, setup and packaging disposed off.
The delivery company will contact you to arrange the delivery date of your choice and agree a 3 hour time slot.
To avoid a failed delivery, it is most important that you can ensure that your sofa bed can pass through any doorway, hallway, stairs, and fits the room of your choice. If you have any doubts with measurements, then please contact us.
A failed delivery charge of £85 will apply if the sofa bed cannot be delivered due to restricted access in your property, or if you cancel the delivery when the sofa bed is already in transit for delivery, or there is no one at the property at the agreed time to take delivery. A redelivery charge may apply in this instance.

Returns
If you are not 100% happy with your new sofa bed, then give us a ring or e-mail us within 14 days and we will be happy to arrange the sofa bed to be picked up and give you a full refund less a collection charge of £85. Please note for a full refund the sofa bed must be unused.
It is important that you check your sofa bed before signing the delivery note and report on the delivery note if there is anything wrong with your sofa bed.
We recommend that you request some free swatch samples prior to ordering your sofa bed to ensure that you are happy with your colour choice before your sofa bed arrives. Your sofa bed comes with a 1 year manufactures guarantee.
